If you are experiencing issues with login, querying/downloading data, or loading pages, try these steps:
- Try a Different Web Browser. Certain browsers may occasionally have compatibility issues. Switching to an alternative browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge can often resolve login problems.
- Use Incognito or Private Browsing Mode. Accessing the website in Incognito (or Private) mode can prevent cached files or old data from causing issues. Here’s how to open Incognito mode:
- Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Command + Shift + N (Mac).
- Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Windows) or Command + Shift + P (Mac).
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N (Mac).
- Clear Cache and Refresh. Sometimes outdated cache files can cause login issues. Clearing your browser cache will ensure that any old or corrupted files are removed.
